Juri N. Horst, M.Sc., Dipl. Wirtschaftsing. (FH)

Between 1999 and 2003, Juri N. Horst studied industrial engineering at the University of Applied Sciences of Saarland (HTW-Saarland) and wrote his thesis at Robert Bosch GmbH Homburg on the Introduction of the Quality Management Model of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). After graduating, he enrolled part-time in the master’s programme (Master of Science) at the HTW-Saarland from 2008 to 2010 with a focus on network management. His master’s thesis was on “Analysis and Assessment of the effects of the Ordinance on the further development of the nationwide equalisation scheme on the trade in electricity products at the European Energy Exchange (EEX)”. Since 2003, Yuri N. Horst has been working as a research fellow at the IZES, where he has been an authorized signatory since 2012.
